Required Qualification and skills :
-BA in Business Administration or HR Management
-Five & more years of work experience in Human Resource Field of which last three years in a senior position
-Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent skills in writing and verbal communications
-Knowledge in HRM Principals
-Knowledge in Applicable labor laws
-Excellent skills in MS office and analytical skills with full computer literacy
-Ability to manage diverse workforce
-High interpersonal skills and good sense of leadership
-Ability to work within a team and work under pressure
