Human Resources and Admin Assistant

                                            

Company Description:

A Company specialized in Hospitality and Entertainment. Focusing on acquiring international franchise and grow their own brands in the Food and Beverage Sector.
Is looking for a HR and Admin Assistant.

Duties/Responsibilities:

-Assist in overall recruitment from organizing the interviews schedules, short listing to preparing the job offers as agreed with the top management.

-Provide administration and coordination support to the employees within the company by dealing with their requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

-Following with top management on employee’s performance evaluation and do the monthly report on them.

-Monitor and manage the employees working hours, holidays, training schedules, Travels, health insurance and the adherence to the company policies and procedures.

-Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)

 
Requirements/Qualifications:

-Business Administration degree program with specialization in human resources is an advantage.
-Experience 4+ years in HR and Admin works within a well-known organization with at least 100 employees.
-Skills and interests in recruitment/staffing
-Hard working and eager to learn and success 
-Very strong communication, organization and teamwork skills required
-Arabic and English speaking and writing expert.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is essential
