Human Resources Assistant

-under the supervision of the HR Administrator, the HR Assistant main duties will be:
-Acts as a focal person for all training and development requests;
-Seeks suitable academics or teachers for language courses in accordance with the ICRC language policy;
-Initiates in-house or external group trainings upon demand as necessary;
-Assists in maintaining a coherent practice of training and development in all sites in accordance with the rules of the
institution;
-To fully comprehend the pension file including its laws, benefits..etc
-Follow up on the pension file with the broker and prepares the necessary meetings;
-Be aware of National Insurance laws, benefits and compensations;
-Prepares relevant documents in accordance with procedures put in place;
-Be aware of all HR relevant ICRC tools (e.i salary scale, job description, appraisal system..etc)
-Contributes in studying employees personal files and assists in COLA survey
-Prepares ICRC ID cards and ensures to be possessed by employees before the expiry date;
-Be aware of all HR tasks(e.i Attendance, Holidays & Absences, recruitment, & work permits)
-Fully understands the Staff Rules, its annexes and comprehends the Israeli Labour Law, Taxes and National Insurance. • Replaces his/her colleague whenever required and assists in any HR related task whenever required;
-Assists in Maintaining and updating of HR files at all times; with respect of Confidentiality
Education and experience requirements
-University degree in Business Administration or relevant studies
-4 years work experience in a similar field
-Fluent in written and spoken English
-Excellent computer skills, including spreadsheets and ICRC standard software
-Very good communication & interpersonal skills
-Holder of valid driving license(manual transmission)
-Flexible and can work under pressure
