Position Overview:
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our organizational culture, optimizing team performance, fostering collaboration, and implementing robust training programs. Your strategic insights and leadership will be instrumental in driving employee engagement, productivity, and overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Culture Enhancement:
Develop strategies to cultivate a positive and inclusive organizational culture aligned with the company's values and goals.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
Foster a supportive and respectful workplace environment.
Performance Management:
Design and implement performance management systems and processes that align individual and team objectives with organizational goals.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
Teamwork and Collaboration:
Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments and functions.
Facilitate team-building activities and initiatives to strengthen relationships and improve communication.
Resolve conflicts and facilitate effective problem-solving within teams.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs through skills gap analysis and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee capabilities, skills, and knowledge.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary to meet organizational objectives.
Employee Engagement:
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
Oversee HR operations related to recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and benefits administration as needed.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Champion employee recognition and reward programs.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and improve overall employee experience.
- Compliance and HR Operations:Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
- Design and implement employee retention strategies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years experience in similar position and organization
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a focus on culture, performance, teamwork, and training.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to implement initiatives that drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
- HR certification is a plus.
