ICT Technical Manager

Responsible for leading the design and implementation of activities to equip youth with needed
ICT skills and help them to promote and address community issues through the use of ICT.


Responsibilities include development of a strategy for ICT training, coordinating with private
sector partners, (including Intel, Microsoft and Cisco) and other project partners on implementing
ICT-related project activities, and overseeing content development and management of an
online portal. Minimum requirements include 8 years work experience, including at least 5 years experience organizing technology training using participatory approaches, and a degree in information technology, public administration, education or a related field.
