Bisan Systems Ltd., the market leader in ERP solutions in Palestine, has an immediate, full-time career opening, based at its Ramallah headquarters for Implementation & Support Professional.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Implementation of the Bisan Enterprise Suite to new customers.
-Train new users on Bisan Enterprise Applications.
-Take customer and support requests by phone, email, tasks and detailed follow-up.
-Find existing solutions and workarounds using company’s knowledge base, documentation and own investigations.
-Reproduce customer’s bugs on company’s system.
-Contribute to manual testing for applications as per the company’s testing strategy.
-Collect customer requests and suggestions for system enhancements and new modules.
-Work together with other groups in the company to find appropriate solutions for the requests.
-Maintain call tracking system and document all calls as per company policy.
-Document all tasks, actions and daily activities and update all customer information.
-Report to sales and suggested expansions or additional modules as per clients’ needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
-Ability to work in a team.
-Strong communication skills.
-Above average command of the English language.
