Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing and following up on all Market Channels.

  • Participating in promoting and developing Ooredoo offers and service usage through this channel.

  • Set & achieve objectives/targets for short- and long-term periods in enhancing and maintaining a professional relationship with Ooredoo market channels.

  • Set & develop distribution sales team objectives along with Sales Director & in line with Ooredoo Objectives.

  • To support the introduction of any new services / products into distribution level.

  • Manage and motivate staff to optimize and sustain sales performance, & channels’ satisfaction.

  • Plan, forecast, report on sales, costs and business performance, according to management requirements.

  • Coordination with marketing & other directions in launching sales campaigns / promotions across the distribution network.

  • Conduct regular visits to Ooredoo channels to enhance corporate relationships.

  • Coordinate with Indirect Key Account Manager on key outlets channel (Exclusive Channel).

  • Conduct business cases and analyze new potential sales channels.

  • Will be responsible for post-evaluation of channels achievements & propose new commissioning schemes according to Market conditions & Ooredoo Guidelines.

  • Conduct various localized activities along with channels in coordination with Marketing direction.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Experience & Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business Administration or any related field.

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Sales & Distribution Channels.

  • Minimum 3 years and above in managerial position.

Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of the Telecom sector

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent skills in dealing with cross functional processes.

  • Managerial experience

  • Well organized

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent MS Office skills

  • Bilingual (Arabic, English).

  • Strong written and communication skills.

  • Sound understanding of Managing Distribution Channels

  • Able to manage stress and pressure.
