Informal Justice System Field Officer
Terre des hommes Foundation – Lausanne is a Swiss-based international non-gov-ernmental
organization decided to children assistance and protection.
Location: Hebron City
Position: Informal Justice System Field Officer
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-To conduct interviews with identified IJS actors to gather qualitative and qualitative data on children cases.
-To establish a database of IJS children cases in Hebron Governorate.
-To ensure participation of IJS actors in Tdh multi-stakeholder working group meetings.
-To liaise and network with local project partners, including the Hebron Governorate and The Ministry of Interior, Tribal Affairs Directorate.
-To convey Tdh child protection message and sensitize IJS actors on child right.
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCES
-University degree in social work or similar education.
-Minimum 2 years working experience in the field of juvenile justice, children in conflict
with the law or child protection.
-Working experience in similar position would be an advantage.
-Fluency in Arabic, intermediate knowledge of English (spoken and written).
-Excellent computer skills (word, excel, SPSS)

-Ability to work in a team
-Strong analytical, leadership and organizational skills
-Good communication and reporting skills initiative and resourcefulness
-Understanding, interest and commitment to humanitarian activities
