IntraHealth International Inc. is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Palestinian Health Capacity Project (PHCP). IntraHealth- PHCP is looking for experienced professional to be based in its Ramallah Office for the following position:

Informatics Data Quality Manager

The Informatics Data Quality Manager provides technical leadership, technical assistance and capacity building to PHCP and Palestinian Ministry of Health (PMOH) staff for the planning, implementation and monitoring of interventions to strengthen the data quality and use of multiple health information systems.

Applicants should have at a minimum, a bachelor's degree in computer science, clinical and/or public health informatics or a relevant field; a masters' degree is preferred; 7 years of experience implementing and providing technical assistance in information systems preferably in health information systems, in HIS data reform and improved data quality, building capacity of health professionals and HIS users in data quality and use; with strong command of spoken and written English language.
