IntraHealth International Inc. is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Palestinian Health Capacity Project (PHCP). IntraHealth- PHCP is looking for an experienced professional to be based in its Ramallah Office for the following position:

Informatics Data Quality Specialist

The Informatics Data Quality Specialist will be responsible for providing technical leadership, technical assistance and capacity building to PHCP and Palestine Ministry of Health (PMOH) staff for the planning, implementation and monitoring of interventions to strengthen the data quality and use of multiple health information systems.

Applicants should have at a minimum, a master’s degree in computer science, clinical and/or public health informatics, engineering, information systems or a relevant field; at least 10 years of experience implementing and providing technical assistance in health information systems, experience in HIS data reform and improved data quality, building capacity of health professionals and HIS users in data quality and use and working with the PMOH and/or other government departments; with excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English.
