Information Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, Windows Server management, VMWare, and other related tasks. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

 Job Description

As an Information Security Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our information systems and networks. You will implement and support Information Security Solutions for our customers. You will work closely with IT and other departments to design, implement, and maintain robust security measures to protect against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement security measures for information systems and networks.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
• Monitor systems and networks for security breaches or intrusions.
• Respond to security incidents and provide thorough post-event analyses.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Stay up to date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.
• Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security best practices.
• Design, implement, and manage network security solutions.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Deploy and manage virtualization technologies, particularly VMWare.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Security, Computer Sciences or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Information Security Engineer, Network Engineering or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
• Proficiency in VMWare and other virtualization technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and principles.
