Information Technology Specialists

Responsibilities:

-Provide system administration of computer network in retail branches
-Administrate ERP system & update data according to business needs
-Perform needed daily backup
-Troubleshoot networks & ERP systems
-Maintain networks & data security at highest levels
-Install computers, cashiers equipment & related software
-Train personnel on company software & computers

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or computer information systems.
-Proven experience in data management & analysis using Microsoft Excel
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft windows server 2003/2008.
-Solid Knowledge of CISCO managed &unmanaged switches & routers.
-Strong knowledge of VoIP systems.
-Proactive, take initiatives, hard worker & a team player
-Jerusalem ID card & a valid driving license
