Bethlehem University is seeking an Innovative Academic and Administrative leader to serve as the Dean of Students, responsible for fostering formation, character development, and personal growth among the students at Bethlehem University, and implementing the Student Code of Conduct as it is outlined in the Student Handbook and the University Website.

Educational Requirements:
Minimum Master's degree from accredited University.
Educational Administration is a plus.
Skills Requirements:
Leadership, conflict resolution skills, Crisis intervention, excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Specific Knowledge Requirements:
Planning and management of co-curricular programmes knowledge of applicable student senate legislation, standards, policies and procedures.
Experience Requirements:
A directly related experience to the duties and responsibilities as specified in the Job Description.
