Inside Sales Representative

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Proactively engage with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue growth opportunities within our target markets.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate sales reports.

• Must have proven track record of success in inside sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role.
• Strong understanding of the trucking industry, including knowledge of freight brokerage, logistics, and supply chain management preffered.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate the value proposition of our services.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for driving results and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in English
