Job Title: Institution Relations Manager

Location: Ramallah - Palestine (with travel to Jordan and other countries)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Institution Relations Manager to establish and nurture relationships with local and international non-profit and NGO organizations in Palestine, Jordan, and other regions. The successful candidate will manage tenders, oversee follow-ups, and act as a vital liaison between our organization and key stakeholders in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with local civil organizations, international NGOs, and non-profit institutions.
• Responsible for collecting and analyzing the invitations for Bids from the institutions; and working with the organizations on these bids
• Follow up on ongoing projects, fostering long-term partnerships with stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in a professional and impactful manner in meetings and engagements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience working with local or international non-profit/NGO institutions.
• Strong representation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; proficiency in Hebrew is highly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the socio-political landscape of the West Bank and Gaza.
• Preferably holds a Jerusalem ID card (for ease of movement within the region).
• Willingness to travel frequently domestically and internationally.
