Institutional Business Development Manager

Business Alliance HR is recruiting an Institutional Business Development Manager for a Regional Manufacturing Company working in the Pharmaceutical industry in Ramallah, Palestine.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local and international NGOs in Palestine, Jordan and the region. 

• Tender Identification and Analysis:

1. Identify tender opportunities through various channels, including public sector portals, private industry networks, and client referrals.
2. Collect and analyze tender specifications and requirements to determine feasibility and alignment with the company’s goals.

• Relationship Building:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, international and local NGOs, corporate clients, and industry partners.

• Market Research and Strategy:

1. Conduct market research/scanning to understand trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
2. Develop strategies to position the organization as a preferred supplier in targeted sectors.

• Performance Metrics and Reporting:

1. Track and analyze the success rates of tenders and identify areas for improvement.
2. Regularly update senior management on tender activities, market opportunities, and pipeline progress.

Years of experience:

Minimum 7 years of professional and relevant experience with local or international NGO organizations.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

Location:
Ramallah, Palestine. (with travels to the region)

Languages:
Fluent in English & Arabic. Hebrew is preferred.
