متطلبات الوظيفة

1- Lead Follow-Up:

  • Reach out to leads generated through social media and other channels via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Qualify leads based on their interest, needs, and readiness to enroll in bootcamp programs.
  • Provide information about the academy's programs, benefits, and offerings to prospects.

2- Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Update and maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and interactions within the CRM system.
  • Managing and prioritizing leads effectively to ensure timely follow-up and progression through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and maximize conversion rates.

3- Consultative Selling:

  • Conduct needs assessments and consultations with prospects to understand their career goals and educational needs.
  • Address any objections or concerns raised by prospects and provide relevant information to overcome them.

4- Contract Negotiation and Closure:

  • Guide prospects through the enrollment process, including contract review, negotiation, and signing.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition for enrolled students to begin their bootcamp journey.

5- Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and track sales metrics, such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue targets.
  • Generate reports to analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the sales manager regarding progress and challenges.
