1- Lead Follow-Up:
- Reach out to leads generated through social media and other channels via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Qualify leads based on their interest, needs, and readiness to enroll in bootcamp programs.
- Provide information about the academy's programs, benefits, and offerings to prospects.
2- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Update and maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and interactions within the CRM system.
- Managing and prioritizing leads effectively to ensure timely follow-up and progression through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and maximize conversion rates.
3- Consultative Selling:
- Conduct needs assessments and consultations with prospects to understand their career goals and educational needs.
- Address any objections or concerns raised by prospects and provide relevant information to overcome them.
4- Contract Negotiation and Closure:
- Guide prospects through the enrollment process, including contract review, negotiation, and signing.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Facilitate a smooth transition for enrolled students to begin their bootcamp journey.
5- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and track sales metrics, such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue targets.
