Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Intranet Communications Officer. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our company's intranet platform, facilitating internal communications, and providing support in multiple departments, including social responsibility, public relations, and human capital development. Fluency in English and Arabic is required for effective communication with our diverse workforce, and graphic design skills would be a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's intranet platform, ensuring that information is up-to-date, accessible, and visually appealing.
- Develop and publish engaging and informative content on the intranet, including news articles, announcements, event updates, and employee resources.
- Collaborate with various departments, including social responsibility, public relations, and human capital development, to gather and disseminate relevant information through the intranet.
- Support the creation and execution of internal communications strategies and campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Provide assistance in social responsibility initiatives, such as organizing events and communicating corporate social responsibility efforts internally.
- Assist in public relations activities, including drafting press releases, preparing media kits, and monitoring media coverage.
- Contribute to human capital development efforts by assisting in the creation and delivery of training programs and materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal communications, intranet management, and other relevant areas.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in intranet management, internal communications, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in content management systems and intranet platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Graphic design skills and proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
