Investment Analyst

The Palestine Investment Fund (PIF) is seeking an investment analyst to support the investment team in analyzing and structuring various investment transactions across multiple economic sectors.

Responsibilities:
1-Provide analytical, research, and transaction support to PIF's investment operations;
2-Analyze financial statements and participate in preparing financial models;
3-Conduct industry, market, and company research;
4-Provide general investment portfolio supervision and monitoring support;
5-Participate in all aspects of PIF's investment cycle, from opportunity identification and evaluation, to structuring and capital disbursement, business development and monitoring;
6-Prepare documents required for investment work including informational memos, research papers, power point presentations, project proposals, and term sheets.

Required Qualifications:
1-Bachelor's degree or higher with a major or a minor in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics or any other related field.
2-Minimum one year of relevant experience.
3-Demonstrable experience in working on various investment analysis assignments.
4-Strong financial analysis skills.
5-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
