Investment and Development Manager

Palestine Industrial Estate Development & Management Co. (PIEDCO) seeks highly qualified Investment and Development Manager at its office in Gaza for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Builds market position and business relationships through active networking inside and outside the company as part of addressing investors internal priorities and maintaining complete familiarity with the market and trends.
• Prepares department sales and services targets and develop tools to monitor progress towards identified targets, manage department portfolio, and devise action plans.
• Leads negotiating efforts and devise business development strategies and positions with new and current investors.
• Explores and identifies trendsetter ideas and potentials for business opportunities
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Coordinate with company’s team to develop short term, medium term, and long term business development strategies, goals, sales forecasting, and revenue models.
• Prepare and dilver pitches for potential investors.
• Professionally handle incoming requests from investors and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
• Understanding investors needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential investor questions and follow-up call questions; responding to investor requests for proposals. 
• Provide support with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting needed for Management.
• Prepare and recommend the budget requirements with financial and business justification so that the business is aware of anticipated investments and returns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industial engineering, business adminstartion, management, or a related field.  
• At least 8 years professional experience in business development, project management, or in any other related area.
• Strong knowledge in planning and good analytical skills. 
• Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, partners and donors.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize workload and multi-task.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge in the industrial sector is a plus.
