Investment Manager

The Palestine Investment Fund (PIF) is seeking a highly qualified professional for the position of Investment Manager at PIF Headquarters in Ramallah.

General Responsibilities
The Investment Manager will undertake developing and implementing major strategic investment projects spearheaded by PIF. The Manager will be responsible for the conception, development, evaluation, implementation and monitoring of such investment projects. Core responsibilities include the following:
-Identify and develop new investment projects.
-Conduct financial, economic and technical analysis, market studies and feasibility studies in order to analyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
-Develop business strategies for the successful implementation of major investments.
-Identify potential business partners, negotiate, structure and close investments.
-Supervise, monitor and evaluate the implementation of major investment projects
-Liaise and coordinate closely with counterparts including business partners, consultants and financial institutions.

Qualifications
-Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Public Administration (MPA), Economics, Law (LL.B or JD) or related field.
-At least, 5 years of relevant experience at the national or international level in investment management and analysis, project finance, corporate finance, consulting or executive management.
-Strong business strategy, financial modeling and analytical skills.
-A track record of effective leadership and managerial ability.
-Ability to work effectively in a team-based professional environment.
-Ability to establish effective working relationships with business leaders and to interact directly and independently with potential partners.
-Thorough understanding of the national and regional economic and political environments.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Remuneration
-This is a full time professional position
