Investment Manager
The Palestine Investment Fund (PIF) seeks a highly qualified professional for the position of Investment Manager at PIF Headquarters in Ramallah.
Responsibilities:
The investment Manager be involved in identifying, analyzing and implementing investment projects in various economic sectors.
Core responsiblites include the following:
1-Identify and develop new investment opportunities;
2-Conduct financial. economic and technical analysis. and prepare market and feasiblity studies in order to analyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities:
3-Develop business strategies for the successful implementation of major investments;
4-Identify potential business partners, negotiate. structure and Chase investments:
5-Supervise, monitor and evaluate the implementation of major investment projects;
6-Liaise and coordinate closely with counterparts including business partners, consultants and financial institutions.
Qualifications:
1-Master's degree or equivalent in Business Admnistration (MBA), Finance, Public Adminstration (MPA), Economics, Law (LLB or JD) or related feild, or a combination of a bachelor's degree and relevant a professional designatien (CFA, CPA, CA. CMA. CBV);
2-At least 5 years of reevant experence at the national or international level in investment manage¬ment and analysis. econorbc development, project finance, corporate Finance, or consulting;
3-Strong business strategy, financial modeling and analytical skills:
6-A track record of effective leadership and managerial ability;
5-Ability to work effectively in a team based professional environment
6-Ability to establish effective working relationships with business leaders and to interact directly and independently with potential partners;
7-Thorough understanding of the national and regional economic and political environments;
8-Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in both Arabic and English.
Remuneration:
1-This is a full time professional position;
2-Depending upon educatonal and professional background and experience, a competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered.
