Business Alliance HR is recruiting an Investment officer for a regional development NGO located in Ramallah, Palestine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Implement the organization’s 5-year plan for investment in water, energy, food security, and environmental projects.
2. Develop a roadmap and work plan to achieve investment goals efficiently.
3. Build relationships with businesses, investors, and government officials to create investment opportunities.
4. Conduct initial assessments of potential investments to evaluate their feasibility and financial attractiveness.
5. Assist with due diligence processes by gathering information and preparing presentations for senior team review.
6. Network with relevant organizations, stakeholders, and impact investors.
7. Promote the projects in the region to impact investors.
8. Attend meetings and conferences regionally.
9. Represent the organization at events.
10. Manage finances, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
11. Lead consultant selection and hiring (if needed).
12. Actively participate and provide input to the Advocacy team.
13. Assist in developing and solidifying agreements and partnerships with potential partners.
14. Assist in writing proposals.
15. Submit regular progress reports and periodic donor reports.
16. Complete other tasks assigned by the Program manager or Director.

1. Strong technical and financial reporting skills.
2. Experience with multinational projects and international organizations.
3. Experience in business development consulting is preferable.
4. Experience with renewable energy, agriculture, water, and environmental projects is preferable.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Strong English writing skills.
8. Ability and willingness to travel regionally.
