“ Improve Access To Basic Sanitation Services Of Vulnerable Palestinian Communities In Khan Yunis City”

Action Against Hunger (ACF) is a non-governmental, private, non-political, non-denominational and non-profit making organization established in 1979. ACF has been working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002. ACF in partnership with Coastal Municipalities Water Utility (CMWU), through a fund available from Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), (Publication Reference: PI-GZ-00935), would like to invite eligible contractors to submit their offers for the construction of wastewater drainage system activity in Batn El-Sameen area, Khan Yunis Governorate according to the following conditions:
-Eligible contractor should be registered with the VAT and customs department and has the ability to provide ACF with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificate, and a valid company registration and classification documents in the Palestinian Contractors Union with a degree not less than 3rd degree in sanitation branch (The contractor should present his valid classification documents upon obtaining the tender documents otherwise ACF will not provide the contractor with the tender documents) .
-Eligible contractor can obtain tender dossier from ACF Gaza office starting from Monday November 30th 2015 at 14:00 (local time of the Palestinian Territory). The last day to distribute tender dossier is on Monday, December 13th 2015 at 10:00 (local time of the Palestinian Territory).
-Clarification meeting will be held at ACF office, which is located at Al- Rasheed Street near Gaza sea port, Dream Building 3rd floor on Sunday, December 13th, 2015 at 10:00 am (local time of the Palestinian Territory).
-Eligible contractors should submit their bids in a sealed envelope no later than 21st December 2015 at 12:00 pm (local time of the Palestinian Territory) with 9,000 EURO attached as bank guarantee valid for 60 days starting from the date of submission; personal cheques will not be accepted.
-Tender opening session will be held at ACF, Al- Rasheed Street near Gaza sea port, Dream Building 3rd floor, December 21st, 2015 at 01:00 pm (local time of the Palestinian Territory).
-ACF is not obliged to accept the lowest price.
-ACF has the right to postpone, cancel, extend or split the bid.
-Preparation and announcement fees will be paid by the bid winner.
