Project Overview
Creative Associates International is a dynamic, fast-growing global development firm that specializes in education, economic growth, governance, and post-crisis stabilization. Role Overview
The IR2 Officers will play a crucial role in the execution, and monitoring of the project within Al Nayzak. Each IR2 Officer will be assigned to coordinate interventions within their assigned geographical area. Together they will coordinate the implementation throughout the West Bank, Gaza Strip and East Jerusalem. These individuals will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the project deliverables are submitted on time and within scope. The IR2 Officers will also be responsible for maintaining clear communication channels, managing project documentation, and providing regular updates to the project manager.
Roles and responsibilities
- Full responsibility for working with the project manager to plan and implement activities, timelines, and resources required.
- Full responsibility for collaborating with relevant departments to ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
- Full responsibility for liaising with internal and external stakeholders (CBOs and donors) to gather project requirements and expectations.
- Full responsibility for fostering positive relationships with partners (CBOs and donors) and all stakeholders involved in the project.
- Full responsibility for conducting regular field visits to ensure that implementation of project activities are all set.
- Full responsibility for coordinating with project manager in order to ensure all purchase orders are filed as per procurement policies.
- Full responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day implementation of the project, ensuring adherence to established timelines and quality standards.
- Full responsibility for addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise during project execution.
- Full responsibility for reporting to project manager on challenges, lessons learned and suggestion potential solutions and implement them.
- Full responsibility for following the monitoring and evaluation framework to track project progress and outcomes.
- Full responsibility for conducting regular site visits to the CBOs and gather data and ensure compliance with project objectives.
- Full responsibility for preparing project reports, as requested by the manager.
- Full responsibility for maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Full responsibility for ensuring effective implementation of extracurricular and skill-building activities.
- Full responsibility in conducting an inventory, evaluating educational materials needed, and improving access to quality resources.
- Full responsibility for providing technical guidance on developing and reviewing educational curricula and training programs.
- Full responsibility for coaching mentoring - facilitators and develop a quality standard.
- Full responsibility for developing an educational enabling environment.

Minimum Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or Education or any related specialization required.
● At least two years relevant work experience, preferably in a Local/ International NGO.
● knowledge and understanding of quality education principles, STEM, TVET and STEAM approaches
● Fluency in English both verbal and written.
● Jerusalem ID or ability to work in Jerusalem.
