Islamic Relief/ Projects Coordinator

Islamic Relief is a humanitarian NGO (www.irpal.ps) operating in Palestine in the fields of emergency relief and long-term development. Islamic Relief announces the following vacancies for its office in Ramallah City.

Duration: One year (full time) - Renewable
Overall Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the HoP, the PC is to be responsible for the overall direction and co-ordination of IR projects in West Bank, coordinate with local partners, and provide direction and management to local partners for implementing work plans, keep record of all projects documents.
Candidates must posses the following competencies:
- A university degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of three years experience of working for an international NGO
- Proven experience of designing & implementing development and / or emergency relief programmes
- Extensive experience and / or knowledge of West Bank
- A proven record of effective management
- Experience in programme planning, monitoring, evaluation & appraisal
General Skills required for all applicants :
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Interpersonal skills and good communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
-Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent repot writing skills
