IT Business Analyst Supervisor

Description: To analyze, document and propose solutions for large and/or complex business areas and to prepare functional specifications. To assist in the preparation of user and system test plans.

Tasks:
1-Understand the applications design, data models, Application/Table relationships.
2-Receive and collect business requirements from Sales, and management.
3-Add extra requirements based on his/her understanding and product road map Document and brainstorm business requirements.
4-Discuss and agree on business requirements with sales, and management.
5-Support brainstorm and Design Models including Data and Process models.
6-Support communication of Designs to the development team.
7-Work with the development team (mobile developers, web developers, and DBAs) during application development.
8-Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans.
9-Analyze and document business processes.
10-Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from the client on the specifications.
11-To provide the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.
12-Day to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.

Skills and Abilities:
3-5 years of relevant experience.
IT or Telecom academic background.
Relevant experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
Strong knowledge of writing requirements specifications for Information Systems.
End to end experience of the project lifecycle.
Relevant experience interacting directly with end users.
Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills
