In this role, you will provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solution. You will be responsible for administration and internal support of the Hospitals PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations.

Responsibilities:

- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end users satisfaction
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Coordinator, and Network Administrator
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
- Document internal procedures
- Assist with onboarding of new users, advise user on appropriate action
- Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Report all issues to ICT Manager
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required

Basic Requirements:

-Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer science, or related field, Pass CompTIA A+, N+ and MCITP 2012 is an advantage.
-2 years of relevant technical experience
-working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
-knowledge and experience of customer service practices
-related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support

Position Type: Full Time, Rotational hours,

Location: Al-Makassed Hospital in East Jerusalem
