BCI is currently recruiting for the following two positions:
IT Help Desk
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Network Administrator is responsible for the operation and administration of the company’s internal networks,
servers, email, and network security systems. Other duties include, but not limited to, the following:
-Maintenance of the company’s internal systems;
-Administration of internal operating systems security;
-Administration of internal systems software updates;
-Telephone and desktop support to internal users;
-Forecasting any needed improvements, budgeting for and implementing any changes.
Qualifications:
-Diploma in Information Technology technical support.
-MCP Certified is a must.
-Network+ Certified is a plus.
-Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.
-Two years’ experience
