During 2011. Grand Park Hotel has undergone a unique transition in terms of the services and facilities available to its guests. The hotel's management has been trying to keep up with the latest trends in the hospitality business and provide its guests with the highest levels of comfort. The hotel is fully owned by Amaar Real Estate Group, Palestinian Investment Fund's real estate investment arm.

Qualifications and experience:

Manage and monitor the operations of all various computerized systems.
In-depth knowledge of PC hardware and software, computer network, internet and intranet.
Hotel experience in IT along with knowledge of Opera, Protel. Micros POS, is essential.
Communicate with staff to understand their needs and provide prompt assistance and support. Certified from Microsoft MCSA And MCSE.

The candidates must have:
-Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. .   
-University graduate.
-Excellent spoken English.
-Ability to communicate with the senior management.
-Strong leadership skills, strong initiator, honesty & reliability.
-Customer service oriented and have passion for the hospitality industry.
-Outgoing, meticulous, matured and an organized personality.
