IT Network & System Administrator

General

Candidate shouled be resident in Ramallah city. The position is based in the Ramallah office with, regular travelling to other company’s branches

Main responsibilities

• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware & systems software.
• Deploy, maintain, and administer Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP.
• Maintain LAN, WAN and WLAN networks.
• Maintain and configure Firewalls and other network security solutions, knowledge in “Sophos” security solutions is preferred.
• Maintain and configure IP Telephony systems (IP PBX).
• Manage security for all systems, including firewalls, anti-virus protection, general network security
• Design, install and configure backup solutions for Servers, NAS Storage, and client devices.
• Follow-up, Document and log maintenance tasks and project outcomes, plans, design, and configurations.

Qualifications 

• BA degree in Information Technology Or any related field with 4 years of experience.
• Good command in English language & Document service activities.
• Familiar with cloud services, Office 365, Azure Security and Compliance.
• Microsoft and Sophos certifications are preferred.
• Great customer service skills.
• Ability to keep updated on IT developments.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driving license.
