IT Operation

Tasks:

-Verifies and inputs data related to the work in a timely and accurate manner.
-Monitoring the system for malfunctions;
-Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
-follow up and solve reported issues from customers
-Performs duties and tasks not covered in job description and assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor degree in computer engineering or computer science or any related field . .
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Very Good computer skills
Very Good in English (speaking, writing and reading),
Familiarity with cards and payments applications is advantageous
