Position:  IT Support
Location: Ramallah
Starting Date: Immediately

Job Description:
Monitor and maintain applications and software of the PSD branches. Install and configure related applications and systems, diagnose software applications faults and solve technical problems, monitor database performance and keep track of all implemented applications and system, and help in other IT related tasks.

Qualifications:     
-University Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical education.
-A minimum of a 2 - year experience in Computer Engineering, Computer Science.
-Professional experience in installing and maintaining computer and laptop (NETKETABi unit) hardware, software and applications.
-Professional experience in databases (Implementation, administration, maintenance, and management).
-Very Good knowledge about operating systems (Windows Server 2008 and Ubuntu).
-Development of training materials and procedures.
-Good knowledge about Networks.
-Good knowledge about Coding and Programming.

Skills:
-Proficient computer skills
-Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (Verbal and Written).
-Very good analysis skills.

-Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-reliant, with good initiative.
