IT Support Engineer

Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Engineer who will manage the computing environment for a team of developers. The position involves supporting basic hardware setup, technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Daily end-user support for a large team of developers.
• User Account Management on various IT systems.
• Installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, and servers.
• Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the company websites.
• Design, implement and manage websites using WordPress.
• Basic hardware setup and servicing.
• Troubleshooting electrical problems when needed.
• Various administrative and office management daily tasks.
