  • Tracking and documenting all defects and resolutions in detail through a designated ticketing system,
  • Involves in both proactive and reactive monitoring of technology systems within their scope. To detect events and to ensure that the current status is known.
  • Report incidents. Escalating complicated issues to management, other IT resources, third parties and/or vendors, as appropriate.
  • Communicate and coordinate resolution with other support levels including third party partners and vendors.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.

متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals, IPv4/IPv6, routing protocol operation, IP filtering, firewalls, VPNs, and the associated tunneling technologies.
  • Experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices.
  • Expertise in monitoring tools, ITSM tools, backup and DR tools
  • Experience network security principles, and general network management best practices.
  • Knowledge of incident models, diagnostic tools, methods.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Address Ramallah.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree required (or equivalent experience), preferably in computer science, or information systems.
  • 2 plus years of experience in Network administration.
