Medical Supplies & Services Company, one of the leading and most diversified healthcare product suppliers in Palestine, is seeking to hire a professional Systems Technical Support.

Job Title: IT - Technical Support

Job Description:

• Install and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and software, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and application performance.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP Stack.
• Understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, and IP addressing.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and troubleshooting methods.
• Knowledge of storage, archiving, backup, and recovery procedures.
• Implement security policies for network, software, hardware, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Report problems and tasks using the Computer Service Desk Trouble Ticketing System.

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years.

Languages:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (writing, speaking, and reading).

• Team player with the ability to understand different perspectives.
