IT Technician

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT support and networking, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience. This role involves providing technical support to our projects, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and assisting in the implementation of IT projects.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:
• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Network Administration:
• Configure and maintain network devices such as storage and servers, switches, and firewalls.
• Project Implementation:
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and testing of IT projects.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of project plans.
• Provide technical support during project rollouts.
• IT pre-sales consultant
• Create and update user guides and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support or networking.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of network security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
