IT Technician

Masrouji Group was established in the year 1959 in Jerusalem as a trade and import company for Pharmaceuticals. Duties & Responsibilities :

Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).

Develop MIS documentation to allow  smooth operations and easy system maintenance.

Analyze business information to identify process improvementsl.

Identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements.

Manage office 365 platform.

Install and maintain desktops/laptops hardware and software, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any technical issues.

 Administrate and manage  Microsoft windows, windows server , active directory and other Microsoft services.

Assist in the procurement processes of IT equipment, systems, and applications by providing specifications and analysis .

Provide IT support and remote support when needed .

Bachelor degree in computer engineering or computer science

0-3 years experience in similar field

Experience in office 365 and Azure

Software Development experience is a plus

 Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users.

Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT environments.
