Jewelry Sales Associate

Peace Pieces Jewelry is looking for a creative female with a passion for arts and jewelry design and a keen eye for detail.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Social media handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service by providing expertise and advice on jewelry selection and care based on customers needs and desires.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and share knowledge with team members.
• Manage inventory by accurately tracking sales and restocking to provide customers with best product knowledge.
• Assist with showroom logistical tasks and administrative duties such as processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and managing orders and shipments on a daily basis. 
• Ensure all jewelry is displayed properly and maintain a clean and organized showroom. 
• Attend markets and any relevant events to network and stay up to date with the latest jewelry trends and markets.

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of social media.
• Good English and Arabic writing and speaking.
• Excellent service and communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail sales or any related field.
• Knowledge of jewelry design and trends.
• Strong time management skills.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale software and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Ability to work 6 days a week, from 11AM to 7PM and flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays “if needed”. 

Preferred to have:

• A degree in any field related to fine arts.
• Strong knowledge of gemstones and metals.
