Junior Auditor (Jerusalem/Ramallah)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Verifying financial statements and annual reports of the external clients.
• Checking for compliance with the legislation and accounting standards.
• Completing reports and recommendations based on the findings from an audit.
• Inspecting financial statements to catch errors, misstatements, and fraud.
• Performing audits on systems, operations, and accounts.
• Reporting audit findings and recommending improvements.
• Auditing financial statements and assess accounts for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Inspecting internal systems and controls.
• Assessing risk management tactics.
• Performing audits of non-financial areas, like Health & Safety and IT.
• Reporting systematic errors or fraud indicators.
• Explaining audit findings and recommend solutions.

Requirements and Skills

• 1– 2 Years of experience as an External Auditor.
• Experience in data analysis and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of external auditing practices and relevant regulations.
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills and attention to detail.
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field, CPA License is an asset.
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
