Ahleia Insurance Group-AIG is a well-established and prominent insurance company in Ramallah; AIG is seeking qualified candidates for the following position
Position Title :Junior HR Manager
Duties/Responsibilities:
-HR management and leadership for more than 140 employees
-Creates job descriptions through coordination with hiring department
-Manages complete employment processes
-Establish and effectively manage onboarding process for new hires
-Administers corporate compensation and benefit programs
-Files local payroll processes and related reporting
-Performs market analysis to maintain compositeness and equity.
-Lead change efforts and proactive process improvements of HR processes
-Plans and organizes employee events.
-Manages workers compensation claims and accident reporting processes.
-Conducts training sessions regarding leadership, policies, procedures and best practices to continually refine our workforce
-Ensures proper practice of applicable regional laws and corporate policy
Required Skills:
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
-Ability to manage an entire HR process while meeting strict hiring deadlines
-Productive, efficient and willing to put in long-hours when necessary
-A self-starter and highly motivated
-Highly organized
-Team player
-Superior oral and written communication skills
-Expertise in Microsoft Office applications
-Strong organization and interpersonal skills
-Expert English & Arabic skills is required
Education/Experience/Pre-requisites Required:
-Bachelors degree a plus
-Selected candidates to perform 2 hour in-company testing
