Description: You will work closely with a small team of developers building LOB web applications.

Description

You will work closely with a small team of developers building a large management application. Your focus will be building out a web front-end using ASP.NET/MVC, and client-side interactivity using jQuery/Javascript.

Qualifications
-2-3 Years of hands-on experience
-Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent.
-You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-You have several years of experience building secure, scalable, high-performance ASP.NET applications.
-You are familiar with the ASP.NET MVC architecture.
-You can code your own HTML markup and script with ease.
-You possess a strong understanding of OOP, SQL Server database development, and software design concepts
-You possess a strong understanding of web design concepts (primarily CSS and layout).
-You possess advanced JavaScript skills and can create AJAX-enabled user interfaces using jQuery and other JavaScript frameworks.
-You know IIS and ASP.NET configuration inside out.
-You are good in giving and receiving constructive feedback
-You are passionate about programming and applying new ideas to solving problems
-You possess a strong understanding programming best practices and Design Patterns
-You continually stay on top of current trends in .NET web development.
-Experience in a leadership and mentoring role is a real plus.
