Tetra Tech DPK seeks long-term rule of law experts for an anticipated USAID-funded rule of law program in the West Bank.

Requirements
-Candidates must have significant experience in at least one of the following areas:
-Legal education/judicial training
-Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
-Anti-corruption/ethics
-Family law
-Inter-institutional coordination
-Court administration
-Access to justice
-Strengthening civil society
-Monitoring and evaluation
-Finance/administration/human resources
-Degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of progressively responsible work experience
-Advanced degree highly desirable
-Prior experience on USAID or other international donor-funded rule of law projects preferred
-Prior experience and an understanding of development and political issues in the region
required
-Demonstrated reporting, writing, communication, and relationship management skills
-Living and working experience in a post-conflict or other challenging environment desirable
-Fluency in spoken and written English
