Al-Maqdese is recruiting the following positions:

Job qualifications:
-Minimum B.A in Law or related fields, M.A Degree is preferred.
-Has the Israeli Bar.
-Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the practice of law and appealing in different courts.
-Advanced knowledge in the needs of the Palestinian human rights sector and the related international conventions.
-Ability to work under pressure and perform assigned tasks effectively and timely.
-Excellent (written and verbal) Arabic and Hebrew languages.
-High computer skills.
-Holds the Jerusalemite ID.
-A valid driving license.

Tasks and responsibilities:
-Provide legal consultation and fill the related forms.
-Prepare administrative individual and collective appeals and files.
-Appeal in courts for individual and collective cases in the Israeli courts.
-Follow up of assigned appealing cases in the Israeli courts.
-Write and follow up formal letters.
-Collect and document all data and legal needs regarding violations.
