Lead Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to join our well-funded, scaling startup as a key technical leader. You will drive the end-to-end execution of our platform, balancing hands-on development with leadership responsibilities. You’ll collaborate with a small team of engineers, fostering their growth while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

In this role, you’ll own the technical direction, lead team processes, and contribute directly to the codebase. You'll also be responsible for aligning technical goals with broader organizational objectives, managing resources effectively, and ensuring continuous improvement. Your expertise in marketplaces, payment infrastructures, React, and no-code/low-code development will be critical to our success.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with hands-on expertise in:

React and front-end frameworks.

Building and maintaining marketplaces and payment infrastructures.

Hybrid approaches, including custom development and no-code/low-code tools.

Proven experience leading teams, mentoring engineers, and fostering a collaborative culture.

Strong problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking approach to technical challenges.

Experience in setting and managing OKRs, priorities, and processes to drive team success.

Demonstrated ability to resolve critical technical issues and perform root cause analyses.

Qualifications

A deep understanding of best practices in code reviews, testing, monitoring, and operational excellence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.

Strong organizational skills, with experience balancing multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
