(Legal Counselor – Lawyer)

A prominent law firm in Palestine, based in Ramallah, provides specialized legal services in the areas of litigation, business and corporate, is seeking to recruit two associates with the firm team. The two associate lawyers shall be expert in the following fields:

Corporate and Contracts Lawyer

-  Excellent knowledge with company, trade, financial, IPR, and related laws

-  registration procedures and contracts.
-  Experience in reviewing and drafting, and providing legal advice regarding different commercial and financial contracts

-   The ability to meet with and represent clients at related departments.
-   The ability to analyze cases and contracts and reflect legally.
-   Legal research skills including local and international databases and preparing legal studies and opinions.
-  Experience in working with projects, and liaising with donors and handling donor funded projects is an asset.

Litigation and Contract Lawyer

-  Excellent court experience in civil, criminal and administrative with demonstrative track record.
-  Excellence analysis, drafting and pleading at courts. Ability to represent and negotiate on behalf of clients.
-  Legal research skills including local and international databases and preparing legal studies and opinions.

The requirements for both applicants are as follows:

-   BA in law as a minimum, a master degree is preferable
-   Minimum 5 years of experience
-   Applicants can be Palestinian or International
-   Excellent English language is a requirement.
-  Ability to handle pressure at work, and work in a unified team spirit.
