Linux/Unix Developer

Description:

ASAL Technologies is a leading Regional Software and IT Services based in Ramallah – Palestine.

We are looking for someone to join our team and take a lead developer role in the definition and implementation of monitoring tools over Linux/MAC platforms. You would contribute in all architectural phases of the software development life cycle - scoping, definition, high-level and detailed designs, implementation, testing, maintenance and direct customer support.

Required Qualifications:

- B.S./B.A in Computer Science or a related field

- 2+ years of experience with Linux Systems (Redhat/Centos/Ubuntu)

- Strong Perl/Bash programmer and solid SCRIPTING proficiency with Unix shells and related tools.

- An appetite for learning more about technology and gaining new skills

- Excellent English communication(verbal, written and analytical skills).

- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Linux/Unix server technology solutions of moderate to extreme complexity

- Ability to troubleshoot complex application logic flow.
