Project:- Rehabilitation of Dar Al-Consul into a Residential and Civic Centre, Phase II and III

Work location:- Jerusalem, with frequent travel to Ramallah

Assignment overview

Under the community and economic empowerment component of the project, UN-Habitat is seeking a local consultant to deliver the following for a foreseen operational community center in the old city of Jerusalem:-

Review a set of reports and recommendations finalized by a team of international business development consultants
Preparation of the final functional program and spatial layout/design of rehabilitation works.
Development of the final institutional and management options for the Complex operations.
Preparation of the final business model, and branding and marketing strategy.
Functions and Products Pricing.
Partnerships Setup and Financial modeling.
Prepare an Identity Plan
Prepare a Marketing Plan
Preparation of the organizational structure and operation plans.
Establishment of tourist use facility and Hospitality Plan
