Médecins du Monde (MDM) France is an International Medical Organization, which has been present in the Palestinian Territories since 1995. It operates in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank through offices located in Jerusalem, Gaza and Nablus.

MDM is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of :

Log Assistant, Gaza Base (3 Positions)

Starting date: as soon as possible

Type: Full Time Contract

Duration: 6 Months with possibility of extension

Tasks and responsibilities

SUPPLY

Assist in the completion of Procurement Files and Contracts.
Perform purchases once the supplier / items is selected.
Assist in the management of office stationery supplies including maintenance of stock list of stationery, distribution of stationery as required by staff and keeping a log of distribution.

STOCK Managmaent

Ensure that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are properly maintained.

Equipment

Assist in ensuring that all staff in Gaza is properly trained about the use of MDM equipment specifically entrusted to them and of all MDM general equipment available in the office (shared printers, copier machine etc.).
Ensure the proper maintenance and follow of MDM equipment.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business , accounting , finance or any Relevant Field.
3 years of Experience in the Same Field (Preferable in NGOs)
Good command of English and Arabic languages (both written and spoken)
Computer skills (word, excel, power point, outlook).
Valid Driving License.
