Logistics Officer
- Receiving, processing, and implementing logistical requests
- Assist in preparing and implementing the procurement plan in accordance with established procedures
- Receiving, checking, and controlling orders
- Applying and checking the application of instructions, protocols, and procedures
- Identifying suppliers and service providers, updating the database of suppliers and service providers, updating the database of suppliers and service providers
- Drafting suppliers’ contracts and monitoring their execution.
- Organizing inventories and stocktaking
- Stock management, monthly follow of consumption and monthly reports.
- Organizing transport of goods and people
- Managing premises, material, and equipment (identifying maintenance needs, monitoring use/consumption, etc.)
- Draft activity reports
- Liaison with the finances department, collection, and restitution of the necessary data (invoice, accounting code, quotes, etc.)
- Depending on the configuration of the mission, supervise the team (plan and monitor activities, recruitment, discipline, training, etc.)
- Management of MdM vehicles , its maintenance and fleet.

- Bachelor degree in management, accounting, finance or similar specialist in Relevant Field.
- 3 years of Experience in the Same Field (Preferable in NGOs)
- Negotiation skills
- Managerial skills (time management, planning, budgeting, organizing , ….)
- Work in a team.
- Write professional reports, collect and analyze data, organize, classify, and communicate information.
- Good command of English and Arabic languages (both written and spoken)
- Computer skills (word, excel, power point, outlook).
- Valid Driving License.
